“FIRSTLY, I WANT TO START OFF BY THANKING YOU FOR BEING MY BIGGEST CHEERLEADER AND GUIDING ME THROUGH THIS AMAZING JOURNEY. AFTER SO MANY YOYO DIETS AND "QUICK FIXES" I REALLY NEVER IMAGINED MYSELF BEING ABLE TO SHAPE MYSELF INTO A NEW PERSON THIS QUICKLY. TWO MONTHS AGO, I REGULARLY SKIPPED MEALS, BINGED AT MIDNIGHT, AND DEFINITELY DIDN'T IMAGINE MYSELF GETTING ANYWHERE NEAR THE GYM LOL!! "I FIRST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU FOR CREATING THIS PROGRAM DURING THESE UNCERTAIN TIMES. YOU CREATED A GROUP/COMMUNITY OF WOMEN WHO HAVE ONE GOAL IN MIND; TO BE A BETTER VERSION OF OURSELVES. THE PRICE WAS REALLY AFFORDABLE FOR 6 WEEKS FOR AT HOME WORKOUTS WITH A COMMUNITY CHAT AND WEEKLY ZOOM CALL WORKOUTS. I WAS DYING THE FIRST FEW WEEKS BUT WITH JOINING THE ZOOM WORKOUTS WITH YOU AND THE OTHER LADIES WAS SO FUN AND MOTIVATING! THAT WAS THE FIRST TIME WE WERE ABLE TO TRAIN WITH YOU AND FEEL LIKE YOU WERE RIGHT THERE WITH ME, PUSHING ME. I FEEL STRONGER, FLEXIBILITY IMPROVED, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING OUT AFTER SITTING DOWN FOR 8+ HOURS WORKING. I DON’T THINK I’VE EVER BEEN EXCITED TO DO A HOME WORKOUT KNOWING I’M ABLE TO SEE REAL RESULTS. IN FACT, I’M READY TO SAY GOODBYE TO MY GYM MEMBERSHIP AND BUILD UP MY ON HOME GYM SANCTUARY. I COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER PROGRAM OR A BETTER MENTOR!
